I am a qualified Contracts/Procurement Manager and has more than three decades of experience in the project, contracting and commercial management environment from both the supplier/contractor and EPCM perspective.
I have gained valuable experience on large projects (NEC2, NEC3, FIDIC, CIDB and Client specific contracting formats) from a variety of sectors ranging from Rail, Ports, Power Stations, Petro Chemical and Mining. I have extensive experience in leading a team of contract and procurement professionals from pre-contract to post contract and project close out.
My skill set includes detailed project set-up, alignment of all contract and procurement functions and procedures within the project environment, negotiations, adjudications and effective skills transfer capability.
